Terry Carrigan

Chairman

I began as a sole trader in 1969.

I built the company on the core values of ‘honesty, attention to detail and attention to clients’.

I enjoy having a ‘hands on’ approach and remain very much involved in ensuring that we uphold our excellent standards.

I invest time in building and maintaining relationships with both existing and future clients.

Pauline Carrigan

Vice Chair

I oversee all aspects of the business.

I started working for Regular Cleaning in 1985 providing accounting and administrative support. My continuous professional development within Accounting, Legal, HR and Health and Safety has allowed me to ensure the company remains compliant in these areas.

I have always enjoyed building personal relationships with clients, suppliers and our employees.

Frank Coles

Operations Director

I oversee the operations element of the company.

I always like to be face to face with clients dealing with any requests and with our experienced management team we can respond immediately.

We always look to promote from within and I feel this gives everyone from all backgrounds a chance to achieve.

Gemma Bowers

HR & Learning and Development

My department is responsible for the development of all our employees to ensure you receive great customer service from knowledgeable and empowered employees.

The establishment of my department has resulted in a low staff turnover because people love working for us.

I joined Regular Cleaning in December 2002 and am a good example of how employees are supported so that they can develop their careers within Regular Cleaning.

Luke Bowers

Commercial Director

I manage and oversee both our Commercial and Administrative teams. We are the project managers and the glue that helps the functions of the other departments stick together.

Our job is to tell our company story, to listen to our clients’ needs and then to design the best solution for them.

I enjoy the diversity of my role, no two days are the same and I get to be involved in all different aspects of our company’s development.

Julian Lingham

Finance Director

My department oversees the payroll for our employees, issuing clients with sales invoices and recording all company expenditure.

We monitor our performance allowing us to identify areas of improved efficiency ensuring our clients benefit from receiving good quality service at competitive prices.

We consistently invest in new equipment and technology to improve the quality of our service.

What appeals to me about Regular Cleaning is the simple family ownership and therefore, the opportunity to be involved in future company strategy.

Gary Williamson

HSQE Director

My department manages all aspects of our company’s Health and Safety, Quality Control and Environmental Management Systems. We ensure we are providing a safe and sustainable working environment for all our employees and clients.

We provide professional advice to our employees, clients and service partners.

For me the appeal of Regular Cleaning is the opportunity to be a part of a growing business with a family orientated approach.
