Congratulations to our QA & Training Manager, Jimena Pulgarin, for receiving The WOW! Awards certificate! Jimena was nominated by our Board of Directors for her positive attitude and effective team-working skills.

“Jimena always has such a positive attitude and will go above and beyond her role to ensure that employees and clients alike have exactly what they need. She always reflects on her own performance and behaviour and always strives to improve things for her colleagues and also for the company. She is a HUGE team player and has come in to help in emergencies on her day off. When we had floods in several buildings she helped the ops team to clean up. Jimena cares about her job, the company and her colleagues and will do anything she can to help or improve a situation or process. To me, she is a real role model to us all”
