We are members of the Institute of Customer Service
We will be working with the IoCS to further develop our Customer Service in order to sustain a high level of service at all times. The IoCS will carry out a survey with all of our employees and clients, in order to build a framework, which will ensure our employees have the tools in place to provide a high level of service in all areas of our business.
We aim to continue to provide strong customer and employee satisfaction.
