The training provider works with our employees during their working hours, which has the added benefit of no disruption to their work on site. This is another very exciting project which will develop our employees’ skills, create greater teamwork within RCS and improve the service to our clients.

The focus on development includes our Management team. RCS Contract Managers are working towards gaining ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accreditations and our mobile Supervisors, including Andre Marques and Carlos Cueva (pictured) have been awarded the CSSA Management Diploma.

The members of the operations team who have already taken part have said that the course has given them a new perspective on leading and managing their teams and we are looking forward to implementing their initiatives.
