Graduate Management Trainee Scheme
The role has been designed for a graduate to gain full understanding of how each department within RCS operates and how they relate to the operations department.
This will give the successful appointee full understanding of how the company works as a whole and will give good insight into what knowledge, skills and attributes are required as a Contract Manager within RCS.
The Management Trainee Scheme will run for 1 year with the aim of it becoming a regular programme for developing new Contract Managers. HR Director, Maggie Robins said: "This is a very exciting initiative for RCS as it is a completely new entity and is a way to offer employment to young people whilst ensuring their continuous development within the company."
